Internal Complaint Committee

The Internal Complaint Committee (ICC) is constituted as per the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013. It addresses complaints of sexual harassment at the workplace.

Committee Constitution (As per POSH Act)

Presiding Officer – Senior woman faculty member
Two members from among employees committed to women's causes
One member from an NGO/association committed to women's welfare

Complaint Process

Complaint to be submitted in writing within 3 months of incident
Committee to complete enquiry within 90 days
Strict confidentiality maintained throughout
Action as per POSH Act 2013 guidelines
