About This Event

The Department of Computer Science & Engineering (Data Science) successfully organized a Special Session on “Prompt Engineering” under the “AI Tools – Insights & Awareness” series on 24th July 2026 at Lab 3108. The objective of the session was to familiarize faculty members with the emerging concepts of Prompt Engineering and demonstrate how Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools can be effectively utilized for teaching, research, content creation, coding, documentation, and academic productivity.
The session served as a platform for faculty members to understand the significance of crafting effective prompts for AI-based applications and to explore practical techniques for leveraging AI technologies in higher education.
