Library membership is compulsory for all students, faculty, and staff of SRTTC.

Students are entitled to borrow 2 books at a time for a period of 14 days.

Faculty members may borrow up to 5 books for a period of 30 days.

Books must be returned on or before the due date. A fine of ₹2/- per day will be charged for late returns.

Silence must be maintained inside the library premises at all times.

Mobile phones must be kept on silent mode inside the library. Phone calls are strictly prohibited.

Library cards are non-transferable and must be produced on demand.

Readers are responsible for the safe custody of library books borrowed by them.

Any damage or loss of library material must be compensated by paying the current price of the book plus a processing fee.

Students must deposit their bags/belongings at the bag-deposit counter before entering the reading room.

Reference books, journals, and periodicals are strictly for in-library use only and cannot be borrowed.

Smoking, eating, and drinking inside the library is strictly prohibited.

Library reading room timings are 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM on weekdays and 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Saturdays.

Users are requested to maintain the books neatly and report any damage observed before borrowing.

The library authority reserves the right to recall any borrowed book at any time if required for reference purposes.
